Burn Fat Quickly at Home with a Body Weight Workout

Looking for a way to lose a few pounds and get in shape but don't want to spend a fortune on a gym membership? Me too! Fitness memberships just keep going up in price every single year. Putting gym equipment in your house isn't a great solution either. Most people just don't have enough room in their homes and decent quality fitness equipment is very expensive. Not to worry! I'm going to show you how you can perform a great workout at home using your body weight instead of expensive equipment.
To put a body weight program together start by picking 4 or 5 bodyweight exercises. A few examples are pushups, crunches, squats, plank, mountain climbers and lunges. Searching online for body weight exercises is a good way to come up with more to choose from.
When you are ready to start, just perform each workout in a row for however long you like. It's fun to do the exercises in a circuit. I like to go through an entire set of exercises for a few minutes, take a rest and then do them all over again. Do this a couple of times and you'll be sweating up a storm!
Give a bodyweight workout a try the next time you feel like exercising. I'm sure that you'll love it and will be surprised at how little time it takes to get a great workout in.
